There is often the belief that in order to clean an exterior surface, power washing with high pressure is the way to get it done.  The problem with this thinking is that high pressure from a pressure washer can cause damage and also provides less than satisfactory results.  Our method of pressure washing with low pressure is the preferred method of cleaning.  This method provides superior cleaning results without the risk of damage to even the most delicate of surfaces.

Many homes in the Houston Texas area are built with sand stone surface brick.  This brick is very delicate and should never be cleaned using a high pressure from a pressure washerPressure Washing this type of brick can cause the brick to be damaged, as well as irregular, or, or what we call, “tiger striping”.  Once this damage has been suffered, it can not be reversed.

When we soft wash delicate surfaces using our pressure washing equipment, we use tools that allow us to control the pressure as we are cleaning. This means we are always achieving the correct amount of pressure for whatever surface we are cleaning. The amount of water flow our power washing equipment put’s out, also plays a big role in eliminating risk of damage to the surfaces of your property.
