Clean and Green Solutions loves working with property managers, homeowners associations, and commercial property owners. LESSONS LEARNED FROM WORKING WITH PROPERTY MANAGERS

First, respond to communications quickly.  Property managers and HOAs appreciate a timely response. They are working under deadlines and are responsible for submitting proposals to various boards for review. Those boards have meetings at set times, beyond which, it is too late to submit a proposal for consideration. It is important to remember that a pressure washing service organization is usually not communicating directly with decision makers.

Secondly, great patience is required. Individuals have the capacity to make decisions quickly, but boards take time making decisions. They are working with many moving parts such as budgets and spending regulations, and unforeseen circumstances that pop up overnight.  There are also  requirements for certain thresholds to be met when approving a proposal. Some boards need a majority vote, while others need a super majority vote to approve the proposal.  This depends on their bylaws and governing documents.
